LMLA has affiliated itself with ProEducate to satisfy educational Mortgage licensing requirements. ProEducate provides online licensing training in real estate, appraisal, and mortgage loan origination. Pre licensing and continuing education courses, approved by NMLS and MBA, are offered.

CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES FOR 2011
The Louisiana Legislature reduced this year's continuing education requirement to 8 hours.
This course is valid for renewal of your license for 2011 as long as it is COMPLETED by August 31, 2010. Effective September 1, 2010, this course will no longer be accepted for license renewal. NMLS mandated courses will be available on the Proeducate Website on September 1, 2010. This course meets the 2010 renewal requirements for a 2011 license.
