LMLA recently formed the Louisiana Mortgage Lenders Foundation (LMLF) to provide educational assistance to the general public who are potential homebuyers. Also, the Foundation will provide educational seminars to the mortgage lending community. This will be possible through grant funds awarded from the Credit Bureau of Baton Rouge Foundation. The approved grant and the IRS tax exemption status designation 501c3 has been granted to LMLF. If you have interest in participating as an instructor, please contact the LMLA office.
